Return Policy


We hope you enjoy your purchase. If not, please feel free to send it back to us! 

Our return policy is for store credit only.

It is our policy that ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS are FINAL SALE! No returns will be accepted on these items.

We do not do exchanges; if you need a different size and/or color, we suggest that you re-purchase the item you are interested in (before it sells out) and then we will issue a store credit for the returned item as soon as we receive it. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders are eligible for store credit if they are received by Blake & Brady within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date – no exceptions.

To return an item for store credit please fill out the return form that was included in your order and they must meet the following criteria:

  • Item(s) must be un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags attached. 
  • Items are received within 30 Days from the original purchase date. 
  • Item(s) returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be returned to the customer with possible additional shipping charges.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

For items being returned by mail, we suggest using a reputable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) along with having a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us.
